The website elafonisosrentaboat.gr (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “us”) provides to its users (hereinafter “Users”, “customers”, “you”) the services of boat rental and guided tours on the island of Elafonisos. These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions under which Users may use our services and make reservations. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Provision services

The Company provides the following services

Boat rental

We have boats for rent for tourist purposes, individual or group sea tours and activities on the island.

Boat Tours

We organize guided tours for visitors to the island, providing a full description of the area and its attractions.

User Participation

Users are able to perform the following actions through the website:

Boat Booking

Users can book a boat rental through the booking form on the website.

Payment

Payments for the rental of the vessel are made upon delivery of the vessel to the User, either in advance or in full payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by the Client: in case the client has paid a deposit for the boat reservation and does not arrive on the date and time specified, the deposit is not refundable.

Cancellations by the Company: In case the rental is cancelled by the Company due to adverse weather conditions or damage to the vessel, the Company is obliged to refund the deposit to the client.

Limitations of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any damage or accident that occurs during the use of the boats, provided that the customer has followed all the instructions and the terms of use provided to him upon delivery of the boat.

The customer has been fully informed of the damages that may be caused due to misuse of the vessel or violation of safety rules, as described in the Company’s price list.

In the event of an accident or damage and there was no damage before the use of the boat, the client assumes full responsibility for the consequences and the restoration of the damage.

Payment Policy

Users must pay a deposit or the full amount of the boat rental at the time of booking.

Payment may be made by bank deposit or by other methods to be specified on the Company’s website.

The User agrees to pay any additional charges that may arise for damages caused during the use of the vessel due to misuse or failure to comply with the safety rules provided to him/her.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. The Company reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time and Users are informed of changes either via the website or at the point of delivery of the vessel.
